Radiance Bowl Recipe

Base: Steamed quinoa or black rice

Greens: Sautéed kale or spinach with garlic

Color: Roasted sweet potato, beets, or pumpkin

Crunch: Sprouted seeds or toasted almonds

Ferment: A spoon of sauerkraut or kimchi

Top: Tahini-lemon dressing or herbal pesto

Sprinkle: Dried rose petals, hemp seeds, or a pinch of sea salt

Infuse it all with love. Eat slowly. Be present. Feel the nourishment land.
