Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns so please gift it to a friend!

If you are not happy with your product in any way, I typically offer a half refund.
 
Please reach out within 10 days of ordering for this to apply.
 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 30 days.

Exchanges:
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
If you are shipping items worth over 1500 czk, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
