• Your body is changing

What used to work may no longer work the same way. Energy, recovery, sleep, or responses to stress are changing.

  • You are more sensitive to environmental influences.

Stress, lack of sleep, work pace, and environment all influence how you feel and how your body thrives.

  • You don't know how to exercise properly and are gaining weight around your waist

Perhaps exercising the same way as before no longer suits you. You are looking for movement that supports your body instead of exhausting it. Your body is changing, and weight is starting to settle differently than it used to. You want to understand the reasons behind this and how to connect movement, nutrition, sleep, and daily habits.

  • Your current routine is no longer working as it used to.

You want to feel strong without the pressure to perform, so that movement, nutrition, and rest work in harmony. You don't want another list of rules, but rather to understand your body and create a self-care routine that works specifically for you.

  • Where to start?

Welcome to a world where self-care begins with truly listening to your body.

I help women better understand their bodies, respond to their changes, and create their own rhythm of care. I combine movement, nutrition, herbal care, regeneration, and nervous system support into a practical approach that you can incorporate into your daily life. It's not about more rules, performance, or a perfect routine. It's about learning to perceive what your body needs—when to strengthen, when to slow down, how to nourish it, and how to create more space for rest, stability, and joy. The MBH Method™ is a journey back to the body. Through movement, conscious care, nature, and daily rituals.

Umění každodenního rituálu

I was looking for yoga equipment that would truly resonate with the values of MBH – meaning it had to be beautiful, functional, created with sustainability in mind, and with good intentions. When I discovered hejhej-mats, I was immediately drawn to the brand's entire philosophy. Their mats are made in Germany from recycled foam scraps, which means each one breathes new life into approximately 1.5 kg of material; plus, the brand has a great story with a social and environmental impact.

It felt completely natural to welcome them into the world of MBH.
